Tammy Hauser, M.B.A. Nonprofit Management, is delighted to serve as the Center for Architecture Sarasota’s (CFAS) Executive Director. With a passion for architecture and design, the beautiful city of Sarasota, and the arts, Tammy is excited to build upon the CFAS legacy created by Cindy Peterson and the Board of Directors. In this role, she has found her dream job!

Tammy holds a B.A. in theater and an M.B.A. in nonprofit management. Hauser has served as a grants panelist for the Sarasota Arts and Culture Alliance, Creative Pinellas, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the MN State Arts Board. She was the Founding Board Chair for TU Dance; an Alvin Ailey-inspired modern dance company based in St. Paul and as a Board Member for the Jungle Theater in Minneapolis. Locally, she serves as Vice President on the Board of the Nonprofit Consultant’s Connection of Tampa Bay and as an i3 consultant with the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.

Caitlyn Sanderson supports clients with administration, membership management, and event services and she is thrilled to be working with CFAS.

Caitlyn has a background in many types of nonprofit sectors, including museums, academia, health and human services, and campaigns and ballot initiatives. She started her career at the not-for-profit publisher Oxford University Press UK where she worked on digital database initiatives.

A graduate of New College of Florida and Oxford Brookes University (UK), Caitlyn is a Sarasota native and enjoys the Florida sunshine with her husband and daughter.

Hilary Gardner Keaton, Gallery Manager

Hilary Gardner Keaton is a seasoned administrative services manager with over 20 years experience. Hilary supervised Gardner Keaton, Inc.’s employees and business matters on a daily basis, including personnel, accounting and purchasing. Hilary directs outreach and interacts regularly with clients on administrative matters.

Additional responsibilities at Gardner Keaton Inc. included account executive liaison for The Financial Services Roundtable managing the publication of a 300 page annual membership directory and print collateral materials.

Hilary began her career in New York City at Kaye, Scholar, Fierman, Hays and Handler where she worked as an office administrator.

In 1976, she relocated to Washington, DC and joined the staff of the Social Research Group at George Washington University as communications coordinator/assistant to the director. She planned and supervised support activities for three interagency panels comprised of representatives from over 35 government agencies. The panels were concerned with research and development funding for projects related to early childhood, adolescence and adulthood.She was also responsible for office administrative duties requiring interaction with government agencies and the University.

Hilary joined the firm as business manager in 1981. Since then, she has helped establish and grow the business to the level of success it enjoys today.

Education: BA with distinction, George Washington University; Certificate, German Language Studies, American Austrian Society in Vienna, Austria.

Claire Chamberlin is principal of Planet Claire Creative, a Minneapolis firm focusing on print + web design/development, which has provided a healthy mix of genius and insanity since 2004. She’s been in the design field for over 25 years and holds a BA in history from Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN.
